It’s simple. I conduct my business the same way I live my life-with assertiveness, tenacity, honesty and respect. Through these core values, I build partnerships with my clients that last well beyond the sale. It’s the foundation for my success as an agent and a parent and it’s the reason why over 90% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
As a third generation Oregonian and daughter of a realtor and builder, I developed a keen attention to detail at an early age. Most importantly, I learned how to listen, a quality that’s integral to being a successful agent. In order to uphold these attributes and remain dedicated to my clients needs, I maintain no more than ten clients at one time-five buyers and five sellers. I make myself available seven days a week, a commitment that I graciously sustain and enjoy.
Throughout my career, these values have helped sell and buy homes, condos and undeveloped land for local and out-of-state families and individuals. They’ve helped me secure residential and commercial properties for developers, builders and investors. Through each of these transactions I’ve remained steadfast in supporting a sustainable world. I am an Earth Advantage Energy S.T.A.R Broker and continually educate my self in up to date home energy practices. I promote green building whenever possible and I donate a portion of every commission to a local charity of my client’s choosing.
I work hard, but also maintain a healthy work/life balance. I ski, bike, run, surf, play tennis and watch my kids play sports. I love to take my dog for a hike and cook a good meal. In the end, I give the same dedicated, personal attention and devotion to my clients as I would give my family.
